Hello, my name is Jack, I’m 45
years old and now I would like to tell you the story of my life. I was born in
Phoenix, Arizona, finished high school studied at the University of California,
San Diego. One beautiful day I met Leanne and immediately fell in love with
her. I was lucky enough that she also fell in love with me. We married and
spent wonderful 10 years together. Why I am using the Past Tense? Well, my life
changed after Leanne had died in my hands after a fatal car crash.
After
the funeral, I lived out of the world. I didn’t want to see or hear anybody. I
quitted my job, didn’t want to go out and talked to hardly anybody. I didn’t
see any sense in living...
Elizabeth Meriwether, Psychologist and Professor at Harvard
University, warns about the negative influence virtual avatars can have on you
and your coping processes when dealing with loss and grief. She deeply
recommends:
"Lessons given by fate are hard to deal with and it takes
time to come to terms with the loss of a beloved person. However, to live in a
surreal world is even worse than losing someone you love.
Decide on the real life."

Wow, you sure wrote a lot! And don't worry, the formatting looks fine. I like the comparison of two different possible realities, using the same actor :-) Nice use of an authority figure at the end, too. Watch out for some language things like tenses of the the verb "quit", and not-quite-idioms like "live out of the world"
